  • Reimbursement of liberation time to elected members of negotiating committees
     
  • Reimbursement allocations for meals, mileage and parking
     
  • The negotiation is conducted by the Business Representative
     
  • Preparation and analyze of survey answered by members
     
  • Bulletins and notice of meetings with members
     
  • Rental of meeting halls (equipment audiovisual if necessary)
     
  • logistic handled in case of strike
  • Reimbursement of liberation time to plaintiff, witnesses and to assigned officer
     
  • Reimbursement allocations for meals, mileage and parking
     
  •  Legal fees: Arbitrator, lawyer (expert witness if necessary)
     
  • Complaint as per article 14,15 or 47 of  the Quebec Labor Code
     
  • Petition as per article 39, 45 or 48 of  the Quebec Labor Code

DEFENSE OF MEMBERS
HEALTH & SAFETY ISSUES

 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

  • Files analyzed by the Health & Safety  representative
    (Mme Andrée Bouchard) of District 11.
     
  • Representation in front of the Commission des Lésions Professionnelles (CLP)
     
  • Medical assessment paid if necessary (maximum 1 000$)
Presence, assistance, advice and support by the assigned Business Representative when:
  • Executives committee meetings
     
  • General meetings
     
  • Special meetings
