PRIMARY
FONCTION:
In addition to carrying out various related tasks to
his principal functions, the holder of the station
carries out in particular operations such as
operating a grinding machine (CNC) with numerical
and conventional control on mechanical, hydraulic
components or all other necessary parts. In
addition, it must make sure of the integrity of its
product and its work.
PARTICULAR ATTRIBUTIONS:
Reads and interprets drawings, instructions,
procedures and/or standards. Regulate its machines (CNC)
and conventional, respects the sheet of assembly
(tools) and solves the problems inherent in its
work. Carry out assemblies (set-up) and
disassembling, makes the programming on the CNC.
Follows the prescribed techniques and solves
problems inherent in its work. Use the system in the
computer to make the follow-up of the part. Measure
the part to see whether dimensions are exact with
measuring instruments Carry out operations of
fettling, polishing and cooling. Measure the parts
and makes sure that they are in good state using
various measuring instruments. Involve and/or guides
other employees in the achievement of their tasks.
